Admissions Application

Any Daytona State College campus can provide you with wide-ranging educational opportunities. To make it easy for you to apply, we have a single online application for all students. Our system currently only allows each student to submit an online admission application once. If you have previously submitted an online application, please download a printable application form and submit it to the Admissions Office on any Daytona State campus or mail it to us at Daytona State College, Admissions Office, 1200 W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32114.

We encourage use of the online application for admission because it helps you file a more accurate and complete application by using error messages to highlight common mistakes and missing information before you file your application. Privacy guards programmed into the application help ensure your information stays secure.

If you prefer, however, you may download a printable application form and submit it the Admissions Office on any Daytona State campus.

If you want a copy of the application mailed to you, e-mail your request to admissions@DaytonaState.edu with the subject line "Mail Admissions Application." Please include as much of the following information as you have available:

• Your complete name
• Your mailing address
• Your phone number
• Your date of birth
• Your program of interest
• The term for which you're applying (for example: Spring 2009 or Summer 2009)
