Applications will be accepted for current vacancies only. To ensure that your application receives appropriate consideration you must submit your online application by 5:00 p.m. of the closing date.

Submission of all requested materials in the Position Vacancy Announcement is the responsibility of the applicant.

Instructions

• Please review the minimum qualifications and requirements for the job before you apply.
• Click on the box next to the position(s) for which you are applying
• Move the mouse to click on the boxes to type in the information requested.
• To continue to the next page, choose the Continue to Page… box at the bottom of each page.
• If information is not entered that is needed to submit your application, a message will appear on the screen requesting you to enter the missing information. The information must be entered before you will be able to continue to the next page.
• If you have a gap in your employment history, you will be requested to address this time period in writing either prior to or during an interview.
• Sessions automatically timeout after 20 minutes of inactivity. Please do not allow the page to sit idle for more than this amount of time or the employment application will need to be resubmitted.
• Once you have entered all your information, choose the Finish Employment Application box.
• Verify that you have read the Harassment Policy and Drug Policy by clicking on the Ok box.
• A page will appear to confirm your application has been submitted and issue you a confirmation number. The position number(s) that you chose will be listed to the right of the Human Resources Department in the address section.
• If you applied for a faculty position, please remember to send any required documents, labeled with the position number, as stated in the Position Vacancy Announcement, to our Human Resources Department at the listed address. Submit only COPIES of requested materials. Application materials cannot be returned. The College is the final authority in determining appropriateness and applicability of all credentials.

Interview

• Should you be selected for an interview, you will be contacted directly by a member of the recommendation committee.
• The College reserves the right to contact past employers of applicants selected as finalists.
